So, I am in the process of purchasing a ESEE 4 blade, and set of scales(In tan and Ranger green respectively) from The Knife Connection, and as such I am in the market for a sheath for it. First I was looking at GodSpeedTactical's scout sheath, but then I found that he is MIA/out of business, so I kept looking, and I found Martin Swinkels, and was pretty pumped about his Kydex Technical Sheaths, but then I found that he is also MIA/out of business. At that point I decided to turn to the lovely peoples of BF. So, what I'm asking is who would y'all recommend as a good Kydex sheath maker that can make me something similar to Martins Technical sheath?

Thanks in Advance,
KB3UBW

Check out the sheath maker list above, there is one there that matches your needs. :D

J&G Designs in the sheathmaker list does the leather covered kydex in the style of Swinkles and he has a Craftsman membership to boot.

Just a heads up KB, only Craftsman level subscribers are allowed to offer their services here on BF. Anyone else doing it is in violation of the rules and risks getting an infraction or worse banning. If you hear of any non subscribers trying to offer their work to you please do let me know. They are selling on the backs of those who pay hard earned money for the privilege of selling and offering their services.

Thanks and good luck on your search! :)

Not to jump into your thread but, I was about to order from Godspeed myself, also for an Esse 4. Is his being MIA a temp thing or permanent, if you know of course?

Thanks, Rob

I have no clue, what you can do though is head over to the feedback subforum, where there is thread about Godspeed going missing. Also, I will be ordering a sheath from J&G Designs within the next couple days, and would be more than willing to give you some feedback once I receive it.

I'm here and available. You can find some reviews here on the forum about my quality. I have the Esee 4 in stock with stock scales and the larger after market set so I can build either way.

Thank you for the response, but my knife is either in route to, or already in, the hands of J&G.
