Looking to get a M390 fixed blade made.

I was confused in my head- I meant CPM M4, not M390, sorry.

I hope this is the right forum for this- if not please direct me to it-

I am looking to get a 4-5" fixed blade spear point made, in CPM M4, with a full convex grind, with desert ironwood scales. Bushcrafting/camping use so maybe 5/32 to 3/16" thick. Anybody want to do this?
