Looking to get a regrind/re-profile for a ZT301

Hey all,

I was wondering who provides services for a regrind/re-profile for a ZT301. I am planning to pick up a ZT301 blem from Kershaw guy and get it reground/reprofiled since its current blade shape isn't all that practical, IMO.

Also, does it matter if the blade is serrated or not for a regrind? The ZT301ST is $10 cheaper than the PE ZT301 and I want so save some $$$ where I can.
