Looks Like It’s Over

I haven't been checking in as often as I once did. To be totally honest if it wasn't for the JK Forum I wouldn't be here at all. In my opinion the overall attitude of this forum has changed a great deal over the past 10-15 years and not for the better.

It certainly has, and not for the better! I used to really enjoy the old Wilderness and Survival Skills forum, after it changed it went downhill. Used to be a lot of fun.

Sadly that's so true. I looked forward to reading posts by several regulars. I was often inspired by and learned from their posts.

One of my older, most used knives, the Kitchen Utility, made from 1/16” O1 steel, with black canvas micarta handle.

Good to see that your spot here is still going. It’s been quite awhile since I’ve logged in. I was a little shocked I got the password right on the first try!

I see the forum has been hacked, so it’s probably time to end. It’s doubtful that I will ever make knives again, every time I have tests something else seems to be wrong with me. I’m going to try to sell my furnace locally, hopefully I can, shipping would not make it worthwhile.
It’s been a great time here, I don’t even remember how many years it’s been, I’m thinking about 17 years?

I missed this while I was healing from the titanium spine installation I received. Your a tuff guy John. I still carry a JK daily and fondle the others when I walk by the JK knife chest.
