Loosening action on Endura?

I purchased a serrated Endura 98 about 2 months ago, and I use it quite frequently at work. However, the action has yet to loosen up, even the tiniest bit (it was pretty tight to begin with). I had one of the old Enduras, and it seems to have faired better than this one - it was pretty slick after a few months.

Are there any ways to loosen it up? Would a few drops of lubricant do the trick? Can someone suggest a solution? Thanks.

Yea, use some light oil with Teflon. I use Rem Oil, and it works great. Apply it, then just do your flick, flick, flick (the annoying habit) while watching TV or something. It will eventually loosen.
