It's a good offering. I just wish it would have come with a drop point …and no choil, or at minimum, a useable choil. This will not displace the Bog Dog for me. Nice to see the thin SR101 though.

Choil could be a little smaller. Bog Dog was 3/16" thick though (iirc), so this Mud Mutt is a fair bit thinner. Will be a great little slicer!!!

They are actually very close in thickness. My Bog Dog measures .130 for most of the blade, but is right at .140" at the ricasso.

My thought, as well. Thinner, and with a smaller choil. I've been planning to strip and convex my Scrapper 5, this new one might be the better choice, instead.
