Lost a friend today

A terrible tragedy, he had a lot of courage to do what he did. Sometime you never realize who your friends are until they are gone. Sorry for his families loss and yours.

I still can't believe he's gone. Colby always walked away from every accident unscathed, and was such a strong person and an incredible athlete. I just can't believe this could happen to someone like him. He lived in Hawaii for a while and knew what he was doing in the water. He was a great swimmer and very experienced.

Everyone please wear your life jackets and be careful on the water. Colby didn't stop to put on a life jacket before he jumped in after his friend and I can't help but think if he and his friend were wearing one Colby would still be with us.

Be safe and be smart on the water. The world is losing too many good people.
