I made this Bowie a few years back. I put it on a shelf and it promptly got buried! I found it the other day looking for something else. I wiped it down and put it in a BK&T sheath. The design is based off a picture I found searching Civil War Bowies. I think it’s a cool size and shape even if it’s made a little non traditional. The clip is semi sharp too. I made this Bowie from 1/4in 5160, brass, and black G10. My mark is on the face of the guard. It has some storage marks on it but nothing too distracting. Overall it is 14 15/16in with a 9 7/8in blade. It weighs 21oz. The price is $280 ***sold***shipped in the US 👍

Very nice well ground knife! The thing that attracted me to this topic was "Lost and Found." I do that all the time and for the same reason. I set something down, then I need to set something else down which of course goes right on top. Next thing you know, LOST!

Not plans currently. This was a special price too. If I do more guards they certainly won’t be this cheap 👍
