Well, a few months back, halfway through the work day I realized my beloved Case Swayback Jack in CV was missing from my pocket. Unfortunately, part of my job consists of driving many different customer's vehicles throughout the day. I checked the last couple vehicles I had been in to no avail. I made sure to let everyone know that I had lost it, in case someone came in to return it. Well, after a few days I figured it was a goner for sure. I figured this is probably the nicest pocket knife that lucky customer had ever got to hold, and weren't in a hurry to play good samaritan...
Fast forward a few months to today, when it was returned! Lady pulled up, told a coworker that there's a knife on the floor of her car and she thinks it might be one of ours, he recognized that I had lost one and got it back to me.... Luckily it was lost in a nice person's car, the bad part was that it looks like they NEVER clean their car, and that's how it was misplaced for so long
Definitely brightened the rest of my day a bit.
