Well, it's been 3 business days since I lost my sebbie. I don't think its going to turn up anywhere.
Breaks my heart.
But a few thoughts:
1) I took that knife for granted. I was meant to lose it.
2) I WILL get another one. It is definitely worth it. I read recent threads on how it is not up to par, but I beg to differ. It did every task I put it to without a hitch. A beautiful workhorse. Never gave me a headache.
3) It made me realize how much a well done knife really captures the imagination. There have been all types of objects lost on my floor (earrings, watches, sunglasses, laptops, cellphones), and they've all been returned.
Somehow, my sebbie did not. If I brought out the sebbie to cut something open, sheeple would say "oh, why are you carrying a weapon?" Yet, these same sheeple wouldn't think TWICE about picking it up and keeping it for themselves. Unbelievable.
I really apprecaite the support of the brotherhood of steel. You, more than anyone, know how much this hurts.
