lost two posts, please help

I would hate to let this one slip away it was too good. I was reading two consecutive posts about most steel used for making knives. The information was really good but do to bad luck I didn't get to read it all and I can't find the posts anywhere today. I don't remember who they were from but I did see them yesterday and can't find them today. Please help! Thanks
