Craig Camerer Damascus Balisong

Specifications

Blade Steel : Craig’s own forged Damascus (1084 & 15n20 , 60-61 RC)

Worth mentioning is that there are an incredible number of holes in this knife (160 all told….. 40 per handle), so much so that Craig made mention that it took a LONG time to build.
Wicked smooth Stainless Steel Ball Bearing System, Rock Solid Lock Up in Open and Closed Positions.
Condition Note : As received from maker, with the exceptions of the rub marks on the latch.

Rob Ratliff ‘Titanium Necker’

I really dig this knife. The red mosaic pins and red spacers mesh well with the red stitching in the sheath to create a pretty cool package. Again, great fit and finish for a new maker. I am incredibly impressed with the leather work that this guy does for his relative lack of experience doing such things. Remember, he’s only been making knives and sheaths for about three years.

Condition Note : 100% as received from the custom shop. Note that there are tiny hairline scratches all over the handle from where they mirror polished them. I don't believe that there is any way around this. The pics don't capture the scratches in question. A person has to hold the knife under the right light to see the scratches I'm referring to.

Japanese Damascus Tanto

There's not a mark on this knife to be found. It looks like a quality piece but I don't know much about Japanese cutlery. I picked this up at the Machine Gun Shoot in Knob Creek, KY. The fella I got it from traded it in to me.
Condition Note : 99%, everything is virtually NIB but there are some VERY minute scratches on the tip of the blade presumably from inserting the knife into the sheath. Worth noting is that the Damascus steel has a VERY light etch. It's not nearly as pronounced as most of the other Damascus that I have experience with. That said, it was somewhat hard to photograph the 'grain' of the Damascus but under the right lighting it is very attractive and appears to be very well made.
