they really did me right on a postal disaster. long story and headaches short. typcial usps nonsense where i live disaster shortened up....

post office deliver lady scanned item, didn't deliver it. opened postal complaint, contacted local office. long back and forth after being accused of lying, stealing and cheating multiple times by local postal folks......they finally admit they likely somehow lost the package and didn't deliver it. in fairness those usps local folks finally decided to help me as much as they could, but it took some real barking from me. in the end all they said was they know the package didn't get to me and sorry. so be it.......

so i contact bladehq explained and stating i know it's not their problem and i expect nothing other than if they would open a claim to see if i can get anything for my loss. instead they tell me they'll reship the package or refund me. my choice and they offer this service for customers. didn't ask for that, but they don't mess around on customer service above and beyond what i deserved, and far more than what i asked for.

folks that's why you use the good dealers...when something goes wrong they step up and above to help you more than you need or deserve.

i use all the good dealers for the most part and always have had good service, but never this extra that i didn't deserve or ask for. that says a whole lot about this company and it's management. they dont' mess around on taking care of their customers.

Yup!!!
Spoke to Zach at Blade HQ last week about a knife that showed up used instead of new. It was a cheapo, $50. He offered to send another, refund me and keep the original or store credit immediately!
Great place to deal with!

Glad we could help! I hope you love your new knife and that it gets to you this time.

These issues should be a thing of the past with USPS' new scanning system. They can look up and find out exactly were that package was scanned, It is so close it puts a dot on a map and gives an address.
We are not all bad....my customers get good service.... I hope.

yep, it was scanned at my neighbors address, but the delivery gal initially said she stuck it in my mailbox....even though it was scanned past my address at the next neighbors house on her way out and away from my home. that neighbor and i are close together about 30 ft or so from their box to mine...on a dead end....but it wasn't there and she knows she didn't deliver it. finally admitted she wasn't sure what happened, but did admit that i didn't get it. that was a nasty battle to get that to be admitted after many calls and days and many insults accusing me of being a liar, thief, etc. who knows where it went? she stole it? delivered to some other neighbor that won't admit they got it? dropped it on another street... your guess is as good as mine. the problem with y'alls system is they can scan it at the mailbox, but then it's their word against mine whether they stuck it in the box or placed it back down in the truck and moved along, course i have a video camera aimed at my mailbox..didn't have to use that to get them to admit the truth of that i didn't get it delivered to me....do all the trucks have one recording?

i know you are a good man and care about your work. i've seen the stuff you've done on here to help people. i also know most folks at usps are good, honest, hard working folks....my local branch seems to be filled with the misfits that can't be fired and no one wants. ive been told that by the two good employees at my branch...but i don't know if that's true or they are frustrated by being stuck there with the misfits and flunkies. i've been told by my current driver that she hates my route and everyone else does as well there. who would tell a customer that? crazy i know. across the nation most usps employees are great, but just not my little neck of the woods. i've complained to upper management and have gotten no where......like i said, so be it.

thank you again. i really appreciated what y'all did for me. i sure hope y'all were insured, so usps can foot the bill as it's their mistake not y'alls.

This business is all about service. When the service fails we will go under. I know I'm not a scientist, police man, or professional athlete, but I do have pride in what I do.

Ordered from BHQ several times and couldn't be happier with each transaction. I wouldn't think twice about recommending them. I will do business with them again myself I'm sure

Yes Sir. Doesnt matter what one does for a living...only that they care about the work and try to do their best.

I have had outstanding service and extremely fast shipping and delivery with BladeHQ. I always recommend them to friends and family looking for new knives to buy. BladeHQ is a great company with phenomenal customer service! I'll be buying another knife from them within the next month or so.
