I no longer have the top Mnandi...I'll be down to 3 as of today.

BTW, take a look at my snakewood in this pic and see if I might have ended up with your old one. :p

Oh, I see your pic now. Can't tell, but that was a great Snakeskin Mnandi that I had, but I was no doubt needing some quick funds for something. I do love snakeskin scales.
 
I don't have any better pics right now, but mine was born on Dec 27, 2010. I just got it recently. I have another back in the States that I've had for several months.

Hmmm, I don't recall my born on date, but it seems it was a 2011.
Here's my only other one until UPS arrives: Someone called it my Franken-Nandi :D
I pieced this together since it didn't have a birth card. It's Giraffe Bone scale, decorative pin, and ladder damascus.

I remember drooling all over the thread you ran about this one. Where's you get the purple button, anyway? I want one!
 
Purple pin was offered up as a trade for me one time. Generally you can only get decorated pins on certain ones that Chris takes to the knife shows...at least that's what I've read.
Yeah, I realllllly dig this knife. Can't bring myself to carry it even though I'd like it have it with me....maybe some day I will.

I'm going to do you a favor that I'll only do for someone I really like.....

Send that one to me, and I'll carry it every day and use it until it gets a few scratches and doesn't look so pristine anymore. Then I'll send it back to you and you won't have to suffer the agony of putting the first scratch on it because I'll have made that sacrifice for you. :p

That first one (bark ivory and Damascus) is the nicest Mnandi that has ever existed on planet Earth.

Actually it wasn't your old one, this one's ebony istead of rosewood. But I just bought it. :D

Nice Box Elder, lisantica - congrats. I was out when they were posted, but managed to pick up one as well - struggled to buy using my phone...
