Shoulda been working on them instead of breaking my chops! Now get ta woik, and practice your NY accent!

Nice stuff. That top wak is gonna be great.

Next pic I want to see is those blades mostly done with a puddle of puke next to 'em.

Oooooooo.... is that a copper habakied dagger I see there?

You won't believe how similar that is to one I'm working on Rick. Unfrikin' believable!!

can one still get a table as im thinking aoubt it (tho im not worried aobut having sto mck for the show )

if not i ll jsut bring one or 2 things to show off and see if any dealers want to buy

Don't you do your "wilderness finish" on most of your knives? So basically these only need a cord wrap and a coat of epoxy. :p;)

Just bustin' ya you know. Hang in there!

Wouldn't it be easier just to sell them all to bladeforums members? Why do you put yourself to so much senseless trouble? ;)

Rick, you forgot the test blade out of the new steel. stop slacking and get working on research, not moneymaking pursuits.
darn slacker ;)

You can do it Rick!

Everyone go to chat so we can set up a pool and place bets on this thing:D

Rick - That polished blade.... does the bevel actually go the full length of handle.... looks like it?

I love that blade. Americanized Osaraku tanto.

Rick, what steel are you using for the top two with hamon?

Just take them like that and chill for 10 days. They look fine... have some beer, play some music, watch some TV.

Don't waist any time posting pics of your progress either. :D LOL

... you've got enough to do... NOT!

You're already there.

Friday, I was able to hand sand and etch. Saturday, I had a few hours to make the guards..... Sunday was a write-off, workwise. Toaday I prepared the handle materials and applied the the blued finish. Tomorrow, I should be able to finish the handles and start the sheaths by Wed-Thur. There may be a light at the end of the tunnel.

You may be wondering what is taking me so long..... Well, my wife decided to take the last couple weeks off and has been putting me to work on the honey-do's. Horrible timing.

I haven't worked on the Damascus blade yet.... that one might not make it to the show.
