Lotsa Bowies lately

So I thought I'd share mine too. Since I dont feel comfortable buying a Knifemakers membership, I'll have to share here. Knife is 3/16 1095, 9 1/2" blade,5" handle, 1 7/8 wide. Nickle silver guard and pin, Maidou burl wood.(which gave me some sort of itchy rash)

Differentially ht w/ clay. This is my first attempt at a light box so pics don't totally show hamon that well. There is some utsuri not visible. Comments ? suggestions? Thanks for looking. Shawn

Nice wide hamon to go with that nice wide blade.

The burl is gorgeous and much to my liking.

Looks like you need more top light.Don't know anything about photography
but someone will help.

Thanks everybody, I'm gonna make Coops' light box in the near future,The box I built is crappy, the lights are not diffused so I keep getting a glare. It basically contradicts the purpose huh? Thanks again. Shawn
