Good afternoon,

I am new to the forum. A few weeks ago I purchases a blade at a gun show out of a box of unfinished and broken blades. I had no clue what it was but I knew it was good quality. After doing some research, I believe it is possibly a Louie Mills blade. I am trying to determine who I could contact first to see if it is real. Second, I would like some advice, if it is real, on if it should be completed and if so who should I get to complete the work? I had some issues uploading the pictures so hopefully this will work. Thank you for all the advise.

I have no idea on the maker but I love project blades like that. Be sure and post what you wind up doing with it. :)

Your blade looks to be a yari or spear and is signed Yasutomo Saku or Yasutomo made this. It is dated Heisei Go Nen (1993). Yasutomo was the art name used by Louis mills (1944-2018).
The photos are not large enough or bright enough to determine the level of completion.

Thank you so much for the information. Could I send you some more photos and get your recommendation on where I should go next?
