I understand perfectly . I still have some special fondlers that I keep pristine , but most are users now . Both groups seem happy enough !LOL"It’s like having a harem and never.........." best comparison ever. Thank you!
I do have a second ColdSteel SR1 and use it and abuse it. The rest are just too damn sexy and expensive (did not come cheap getting these some very rare pieces_ ) knives to use. I just enjoy looking at them like women enjoy looking at flowers. Just way too attached to these knives...
Column 3 Anyone has any info on the last Benchmade-Balisong knife????
They are like my children, love playing with them and looking at them, talking about them with friends... I just can not use them. Get very upset even when someone touches the blade incorrectly or with sweaty hands... I use my duplicate ColdSteel SR1, it's a beast it does everything I need, I abuse it like hell and it's fine.
You have a problem. Don't worry though, I'm a licensed therapist. I'll even treat you for free!
Send me a knife every two weeks and I'll return it with footage of it being used. This will help to desensitize you and cure you of this wasteful disease. You're welcome.
Very nice collection! You've got a diverse selection of high-quality knives in great shape. Some of them are even a bit hard to come by these days (that Kershaw Steven Segal 1680, for instance).
It's any early AFCK model, a Chris "C.J." Caracci design. Based on the box, I'd say it's mid-to-late 1990s vintage (my guess would be around 1995-7, but a Benchmade expert might be able to better pinpoint it for you). Many (myself included) think this was one of Benchmade's best folding knives--practical, ergonomic, sleek. Accordingly, it's coveted among both Benchmade and tactical knife collectors.
Thanks for sharing your collection!

Thank youbut I do not want to get a heart attack... When a friend of mine tried cutting a thick magazine with my Spyderco Millie, I nearly broke his arm. I do have a problem lol
