Ive read the reviews on this knife and they seem to be fairly positive. Ive also read about some issues with blade "wobble" and cosmetic problems. I have been thinking of purchasing a new slipjoint, but Im a bit of a traditionalist when it comes to sj's. With that said can anyone add to what has already been written on these? I am interested, but I do not want to buy trouble if these do have problems. Im am a "stickler" when it comes to quality and "f & f". Also where can you get the best price for one?

Thanks
John

I've been interested in one of these, but haven't gotten one yet because I've started a new obsession. All in all most of the advice I got on these was to either go somewhere where I can hand pick my knife, or to buy from somewhere like A. G. Russell where if there's a problem with the knife they'll make it right. Just my 2 cents.

Sincerely,
Anthony

Well there ar eother places that will refund also if you are dissatisfied.

Ive decided to opt for the queen carved stag bone gunstock in D2 for now. I think it would be a good wood carver! Ive heard mixed things abotu the city knife, so jsu tnot sure. I am a bit of a "tradionalist" so the queen will probably suit me much better.
