Hello Everyone, Hope you like this one. It is built as well as I am able in detail, and made to be used.
Blade is CPM 154 .143 thick, and 3.375 tip to guard. O/A is 7.75. Heat treated with sup zero quench, and double tempered. Polished and hand finished with 2000 grit. Tang is tapered to right behind guard, and hollow ground, to reduce weight, and so the glue has a place to stay. I leave only about .187 of flat around the outside. Hollow grinding the tang also insures the scales will fit tight against the tang all around.
Guard is 416 stainless pinned and very carefully silver soldered. Fillet is full, and even.
Handle is Green G10 with well made mosaic pins. Liners are .014 light yellow G10. Lanyard hole is Brass.
Sheath is hand tooled, and hand stitched leather by me. I use the cam idea with sole leather for longer life. The knife fits perfectly snug yet is easy to withdraw.
Asking (sold) shipped in the USA. My paypal is warrencustomknives@yahoo.com
Thanks for having a look, and comments are welcome. Alan
