Loveless Style Drop Point Hunter - Presentation Grade **SOLD**

For your consideration is this Presentation Grade Loveless Style Drop Point Hunter in CPM-154/Australian Ringed Gidgee. The pattern is an authentic Loveless pattern that Jim Merritt was gracious enough to share with me. The mirror primary hollow grinds were taken just short of the spine with no overshoot - the solder joint is dead smooth with no pinholes. The bottom of the ricasso is rounded as the original. The killer wood on this knife is Exhibition Grade Ringed Gidgee - tremendous figure and a wonderful oxblood colored background.....this is the first knife I've made with this handle material and I really like how it finishes with tight grain and high luster. Nice Catch. From the CPM 154, to the taper, to the solder joint, to those perfect bolts, contoured handle, and the cammed sheath - wow. What a price for a near perfect Loveless DPH.

I am in awe of this knife at this price.
