Here's one I've been debating with myself about. During the guard fitting I dinged the edge near the ricasso. I ground in a sharpening notch to remove the damage but it caused me to lose interest in finishing it. It would make someone a great field knife so I decided to go ahead and mount the guard and offer it here for an aspiring knife maker to finish up. Here are the specs:

- OAL is 11" with a 5.5" blade
- Double ground with false edge on top & clip
- Steel is 3/16" thick 154cm
- Guard is 416 ss pinned and soldered
- HT'd to 60 rc and ground for a very fine cutting edge.
