Loveless type Chute Sheath ?

I would like to make a Loveless type Chute sheath. I have found a few photos of Loveless type Chute sheaths but none of them gave enough visual information to determine how they were made or the proportions. I would appreciate any information or direction to photos that would help me on this project.
I wonder if anyone has done a tutorial on this type of sheath?
