Lovin' the Lum

I've had this Lum Spydie for about a week, and i must say, my AFCK has been getting a rest on my nightstand for awhile..

First off, having a tanto spydie is just supercool, plus, it is a "classier" carry than the AFCK.

It was recommended that i use scotchbrite pads on the handles - red and grey, to remove carry scratches...is this ok?

I've used the grey (finest grain), and red (fine) on a Ti bicyle frame before - works great. Don't use ANY steel wool. Ti is relatively soft depending on which alloy they use. I can't remember which grade of Ti the Lum handles are - if it doesn't scuffs easy then it is most like 6.4
