Loving my Sage 1

My Sage 1 was still stiff after "breaking in". I applied a few drops of nano oil and now it's very flickable!

I have a question about this nano oil; I just got some, but wondering if knife needs to be taken apart to proper oil??
Is it OK to just put a drop or 2 right in there without dis-assembling knife? Sorry if dumb question, but Im kinda new here and to this knife stuff.
Thx

I've never disassembled a knife just to oil it. In fact I don't disassemble my knives unless absolutely necessary. Having said that, I've not used nano oil either so I can't say for sure about the oil itself. But if I was a betting man, I'd bet you do not have to disassemble to use nano oil. YMMV

Nope, no reason to disassemble a knife just for oiling.
Just take care not to excessively oil the knife or it will gunk up.
