Low riding clips

I'm looking for a knife with a really low riding clip like the Benchmade Pika or The Resistor. Could you tell me some knives with clips like these.

The lowest I've seen/have is the Al Mar S.E.R.E. 2000 ;)

Runner-up Seki Cut "Bob Lum Littte Encounter" (it's really not that little, 3.25" blade, it's just not the largest one, 4" blade) I would guess the larger one rides just as low.

Swamp Rat Rat Trap rides extremely low. This big bladed folder hides in your pocket, is very thin and easy to carry, but packs nearly 4" of cutting edge when opened.

The Swamp Rat Rat Trap looks great, but I don't see it on the Swamp rat website. Have they been discontinued?

They are available to order, as far as I know- click on place order and scroll to the very bottom.

Unless there are other knives out there with the clip mounted to the tail, Al Mar SERE 2k is THE king at low riding... ;)

SOG Flash has a very low riding clip.Practically, no part of the knife is exposed outside the pocket.

Spyderco Meerkat - the knife is 100% hidden when clipped to the inside of your pocket. It's a pity that this wire clip design isn't available on other models, as well...

Is the wire different than that of my Native III?

I am not sure about the new BM AFCK 806 but my older linerlock rides deep in my pocket. the clip is mounted on the very top of the handle with the tip down. Like I said befor I do not know about the new AFCK. John

It's been said before, but bears repeating. NOTHING rides lower than the Al Mar Sere 2k.

Always in my EDC rotation, because it rides remarkably comfortably in the pocket.

Let's start up a big list of all of these we can find, eh?

Riding low is really nice, particularly when tip-up. Also, list any clips that are fairly small. The clip on my Spyderco Mouse is so big it goes almost to the other end of the knife, making it hard to guide onto the pocket.

My Cold Steel Voyager has a nice clip, just enough knife sticking out to grab it easily. Small, perfectly shaped clip, too. Cold Steels tend to have nice ones, but higher than you may like.

Lots of Spydercos have really low-riding clips, but many of them are tip-down which I don't like at all.

Just find a knife you like, then google image search it, you'll see a pic w/ a clip in no time.

Agree on the SOG Flash, pretty low if not totally obscure from view. To the sheeple eye, it might even appear like a pen clip.

It's different, sorry I can't post a photo, but the Meerkat clip is curved like a hook with the short end attached to the scale. The curve is flush with the end of the grip, so the knife rides completely inside the pocket. Other wire clips leave a section of the grip showing. See http://www.basegear.com/meerkatknife.html
