Don't want to risk mailing something to some "foreign" state? No need to worry. USPS priority packages are now sent in aeroplanes piloted by brave young men in closed cockpits.

I think it has something to do with the laws in other countries... I've not found one seller that wasn't willing to ship to Hawaii

 Hafa adai!! It is good to hear from someone nearby. Perhaps we can get together, as we seem to have some of the same interests. i know what you mean about problems with items being sent to and from Guam. I have recently sent and received knives here (Tamuning) and have had no real problems from the Post Office. The problems I have had seem to be that no one knows that Guam and other "insular areas" exist or that we have postal service with a ZIP code and that domestic postage rates apply.

Perhaps we could have contact and possibly address concerns we may have. Faiaoga 671-969-0473

I have seen sales that excluded Alaska and Hawaii. I bet they would have excluded Guam also but they probably never heard of it.

Surprise, surprise. I bought stuff from miguet and he had no problem shipping to me!

I sold a knife to him after he explained that priority shipping was the same as in in the 48. It took a little longer to get there, but otherwise was no different than anything else I've sent flat rate.

I had a few folks get nervous about shipping to an APO, while I was deployed, but only one person actually refused. Never had a single problem of not getting the knife either. I used to post a "Here it is" pic in the seller's thread if it was still open, that eased a lot of minds. It's actually cheaper to send a flat-rate box to an APO than a CONUS address.
