It is an excellent video and well worth the money. It shows the Filipino style of using yawara type weapons. The tape covers strikes, rakes, grabs and pinches, targeting and flow drills. I don'te belive there is another pocket stick/yawara tape that covers these topics. The few that I have seen are mostly concerned with using the yawara as pressure point/pain compliance tools from pretty static positions.

that's kinda what i'm looking for- thanks for the info. i'm having a couple koppos made special out of American Ironwood with a strong paracord; figure this video would be a good tutorial...

It's a good video that shows the areas that you should hit, how to hold the palm stick, and free flowing striking patterns.

i'm getting two nice palm sticks with paracords on them (Ironwood) from the guy you recommended in Jersey- he's sending me one of his nice training palm sticks as well! Excellent idea!
