As a slip joint lover, I've always been enamoured with Swenson's customs. When this came up, I had to have it. I purchased this with the intent to use it as a luxury "special occasion" carry. However, it was just far too pretty to use and ended up a safe queen. Blade is Yu-Shoku san mai damascus which is V-Toku2 carbon steel surrounded by alternating layers of brass, copper and stainless (STUNNING in sunlight). I'm informed V-Toku2 is similar to 52100 (my favourite steel, why I purchased it). The colours really are outstanding! Bolster and shield are the same Yu-shoku Damascus. Handle is amber jigged bone. Blades are centred with firm half stops. No blade play. Slim, super slicer appearing blades (enough to give me caution testing the edge with my fingertips).

Only carried around the house in a sheep wool lined leather slip (which I'll gladly include if requested). Includes the Swenson Knives zipper case it came in. Never sharpened. Asking $750. No trades please unless you're willing to pay for my divorce lawyer...

Dimensions:
Blade length: 3.30 in.

Total length: 7.80 in.
Blade height (at heel): 0.85 in.
Blade thickness (near bolster): 0.09 in.
Blade thickness (at midpoint): 0.07 in.
Blade thickness (near tip): 0.06 in.
Weight: 5.60 oz.
