Lum Chinese Folder?

I agree with you about the clip Donald, that is my only beef with several different folders, too much knife sticking up out pocket. My Boye and my Military are two favorites that share that problem. They stay in the pocket just fine, but at times draw too much attention. I guess nothing is perfect, huh?

I agree that the clip does leave quite a bit of knife visible when it is mounted on the pivot end. However the prototype also had mounting holes drilled at the other end for tip-up carry. The holes were placed so that the clip went around the lanyard hole and would not leave very much knife showing. I hope the production version also allows for alternative clip placement because my intention has always been to move the clip as soon as I get the knife (soon I hope

, it's been a long wait). Firstly because that's where I prefer the clip on a working knife and secondly because that is where the clip is mounted on Bob Lum's custom version. BTW hats off to Spyderco for making a special clip to suit this design.
