I agree that's also a beautiful knife with the red paperstone handle. The original black micarta handle one is the real classic, IMHO, although the other two are really nice as well. Awesome photo, Reject. Love the ant on the red paperstone sprint blade.![]()
I believe these were meant to be a self defense type weapon, So.......Does anybody actually cut stuff with one of these?
Beautiful knife that's the one I want to pickup, hmm! I may just have to trade my satu for one eventually although I'd hate too as it's such a beast.I had one of the older ones. They are very nicely made, almost like a custom knife. I bought mine to use as a utility knife but I couldn't bring myself to use it for that so I eventually sold it.

Thanks and I'm definitely looking for a first gen right now. I've even put up one of my favorite folders and I'll be taking a loss if I do find a willing soul to trade but that'll be fine with me. I've just got to check one out for myself I guess. It's a great blade. I've used it a few times cutting random things. Opened a few boxes, as a classy steak knife occasionally. Definitely get one if you find it at a good price. I've seen them pop on the exchange a couple times in the last few months. The older one and the new green g10, both pretty pricy if I recall correctly.
