There are a few scratches on the back of the case and a few very light scratches on the crystal that are only visible when held at the right angle under the right light. Almost unnoticeable during regular use. I tried to photograph the crystal to show you what I mean but they are hard to capture. If it's a big deal I'm certain a Jeweler could polish them out for you.
