This is a mod 3100 steel seal in ex cond.
Just looked it over very close and do not see a mark anywhere except on the back and they are very fine.Lum is very good on the trits.
Just had a new battery installed.
The strap is a silicone Maratac deployment band from county comm.(the best straps out IMO)the clasp has some fine scratches.This band is only about 2 months old and from what I can tell from my other ones it will last forever.I have a OD one on my Tsar that is 3 or 4 years old and it stills looks new.
I have seen the plastic cased ones selling lately for 125.00 used so lets try 170.00 shipped priority with insurance and delivery confirmation.If I have to lower the price from this I will not insure it on my dime.

Back of the watch says series 3100.
Here is a link I found for the 3100 and it also says 3101 for the same watch.
Not sure what the difference is between the 3100 and 3101 is unless maybe dial color.
The 3001 is a plastic case this one is the 3100 with a SS case,screw down back and screw down crown.

3100 is the series. There isn't actually a 3100 model. The models for this series are 3101-3106. The last digit designates the dial color and band configuration. Odd numbers have the rubber dive strap while even numbers have the stainless band with CF inserts. 1 or 2 have a black face, 3 or 4 have a blue face, and 5 or 6 have a yellow face. So a 3101 would be a black face with the rubber dive strap.
 
j williams had to back out on this one.I was going to hang onto it but lets give it one more try.
