Looks like I will be able to attend the entire Blade Show this year as opposed to just Thursday night like the last couple years.

You've got great tastes in badass knives my friend, another exceptional piece from Sam....I'm jealous! ;)
 
Exceptional knife Joe. Very interested in your take on the handle fit and performance.
 
This is a perfect example, IMHO, of how synthetics can be VERY good looking, and NOT just a utilitarian material.

All those awesome curves and contours are sooooo eye catching and bring out the grain in the Micarta beautifully.

A handle like that is a tremendous testament to Sam's skills with his hands, eyes, and mind all working together.

What a crazy talent he is!!! :cool: :thumbup:

The handle material really looks fantastic on this knife

The grain and all the curves really draw you in

Sam has come on so strong in the last few years and I am so very pleased with how this knife is turning out
 
I have never seen Micarta look so good! The whole design flows so beautifully. That awesome leather shoulder rig is just the icing on the cake......a big bad ass cake!
 
Toni Oostendorp and me had 5 slabs of 30mm micarta made in different colors. Sam has one of those slabs. size was around 3 x 4 feet each.
 
I need to know where Sam sources his Handle Materials... I can never get the layered look like that! Beautiful work on all fronts!
