I just talked with Lynette ( hope I spelled it right ...
...) ... at the Spyderco Factory Outlet Store.
It was the first time I had ordered from the store.
May I say as a small business owner myself .... this lady is a TRUE ASSET to Spyderco.
She was very helpful and a pleasure to talk with .... IF the "BRASS at Spyderco" doesn't already know this........ Ya'll do now...... :thumbup:

I am very serious about this.
I have some good employee's.... but I wish I had a couple like her, that come across like she did with first impressions & wonderful service.
