No, you can go ahead and blame kamidog. He's in the doghouse enough and has enough Guiness and Butterfingers in him that he isn't bothered by shouldering the blame.

Not like he's gonna be curled up on the kitchen floor sucking his thumb or anything, wait, I do that.....maybe it's my fault, aw man, I'm feeling terrible here, I'm soooooo sorry.

What were we talking about anyhow.

:d I'm torn between assuming responsibility and the prospect of blaming this on other people, letting my wife know that I'm totally helpless and innocent when it comes to procuring new sharp objects.
 
Never ever blame yourself when there's anybody else you can point the finger at.

Today I told the wife it was your fault before she even tried to blame me for anything, we call that a preemptive stike. A bit girlyman but if it saves me a beat down, I'll stoop that low and lower.

So far so good, but the day ain't over yet.

If you don't hear from me for a few days, other than that being a good thing in and of itself, you know it was a mission failure.
