wow beautiful m43... love the chandan on this one!!!
congrats to whom gets it :D

M-43's hit like a freight train, due to the weight and aggressive forward sweep. What's good in a khuk is moreso good in an M-43. :D

I've written this post twice now and inadvertantly, by blind finger strike on keyboard, knocked it into never land.

A perfect M-43 for a 135 bucks. 17" and 29 ounces is going to hit hard and still carry well in the woods.

I paid 135 bucks for a Chitlangi FOUR YEARS ago.

Geeze. For a while I know Bill and Yangdu were cranking out gifts to the forumites: everything was 95 bucks. It was madness. Customs hikes, inflation, gas prices, you name it, and we are going to see a rise in khuk prices too.
I think there will come a time when 150 bucks for a deal here is a godsend. There are favorite firearms I can't afford today, but HI khuks Yangdu has really really tried to keep down.

If I didn't owe 10,000 dollars, that's right, kidlings and gentlemen; TEN THOUSAND dollars, (not to a loan shark) I'd take this unloved M-43 right now; because I don't have one. They were so hot when I arrrived here you were lucky to get one for 135, or 145, or 150, and chortled gleefully when you could. Sharks like Nasty arrived after me and managed to score these damn things....Karma.

A perfect blade at a bargain price sitting here....sniff.

sweet blade. someone should snag it :)

but what are you saying? there will come a time when we can't afford them? i hope not. after all, we could get second jobs. work double shifts. yes.

could just be a slow holiday weekend. it'll move. to the right person. when they get back :)

Hey guys, gotta admit that at least 2 dozen of the views on this have been me checking back in. It is one beautiful knife, love the wood. Just hate having to be financially (semi) responsible- maybe it's just a passing fancy (the financial responsible part, that is ;D)

This place is so dependable ("jump, jump, jump....")
That's ok Berkely, I sent an email to Yangdu a minute ago..... :D

Wow:eek:. That is one very nice kukhri. If only the football gods had smiled on me this weekend. But no...:(
Freakin Art, these blades:thumbup:

Ah, hell, go for it! If you knew what I have spent on knives in the last three months....!!!

Right, Yangdu?

;-)

The M-43 is nice. I love mine!
