I value your judgement and to seek legal counsel on this issue is not necessary. This forum is my personal/private property. You are all guests here and I liken it to a big gathering at my house. Should someone come in my house and start selling merchandise that may be of questionable origin by taking deposits with a promise of later deleivery you can bet your ass I will look out for you guys. That is what I am doing.
Allen Blade is banned from this site for many reasons. The main reason is he has screwed a lot of people! This is not heresay folks, it is FACT and he admitted to it on the phone with me earlier this year.
Now this Kris Foley guy pops onto the scene using the same dial up IP as Allen Blade. I get suspecious but since it is AOL I hope it is mere coincidence. Remember when an AOL person conects it uses a area wide IP like 205.188.198.xxx.
The rest is in print so no need to rehash it. And just as in my email I told Kris I am not only trying to protect the members here but him as well. He may very well be getting fed a line of BS by Allen. I don't know.
The main and only point here is "Caveat Emptor".
Also I don't want Rob Simonich caught up in this web of strange business practices as I have a lot of respect for Rob and I would hate to see him get screwed as well.
You all make your own decisions but remember you were warned.
