Hello guys.
Here is a pricker in Scandinavian style.
Blade 210 layers Damascus steel hand forged of 52100 and much thinner than cigarette paper nickel net - 0.01 mm before forging. Differentially heat treated with clay. 59 61 HRC after tempering.
Handle Alder tree impregnated in green and poplar tree. It is not easy to find so spongy wood, which does not disintegrate on its own.
A few years ago we celebrated the New Year at the seaside. During the three days in which we were there was raging snowstorm. Only it was a real storm. Rags sea foam floated in the air with snow hundreds of feet in the land. On the second day I could not resist and with my dog Kali went for a walk along the frozen beach. Right there, thrown by waves I found this burl, piece of which I suggest you now. Imagine the picture. The piece was at least 30 inches absolutely soaked and HEAVY. The dog does not want to walk more at this time. I do not want wet wood touches my clothes. Waves chased me along and foam wants to drown me. And half a kilometer to the house, without the possibility to access by car.
I tell you this to make clear how curses and cold sweats are closed at this "treasure" that maybe some of you will soon be held in his hand.
The piece is impregnated colorless. Once I shaped handle, I'm filled with a needle and my special white jewelry polymer each pore of the tree.
As a friend of mine says on the occasion of patience - "The Chinese can eat cake."
Guard engraved bronze.
Separators bronze and fibre.
The sheath made of 3.5 - 4 mm. cow leather my friend George Petkov.

I am sorry but the photo can not show saturated, dense, petroleum green color of the first piece.
