Hello guys.
I think if you drop this knife in the woods, it will not be hard to find it again. It looks like a salamander’s belly.
Blade – Hand forged fossil Damascus steel. For cutting edge I have laminated high carbon instrumental steel 52100. Differentially heat treated with clay. 59 – 61 HRC after tempering.
Handle – Stabiliized root of walnut, hornbeam burl and a small piece impregnated in blue poplar burl.
Separators – Bronze and turquoise mosaic.
Guard – hand curved bronze.
The sheath made of 3.5 - 4 mm. cow leather my friend George Petkov.
