These days I clothed an old blade. Well, I hope these are not "the new clothes of the king"
Blade – Mosaic Damascus steel. For cutting edge I have laminated hi carbon tool steel 52100. Differentially heat treated with clay. 59-61 HRC after tempering.
Handle – Mammoth and acacia burl.
Guard and pommel – Bronze.
Separators – Bronze and fibre.
The sheath made of 3.5 - 4 mm. cow leather my friend George Petkov.
