I always wanted to see what it looks like. How big is it? Has the Almighty himself designed or left the work of someone else?...... I'm afraid I will never learn the answers to these questions because my place will be several floors down. But that does not prevent a man from dreaming and imagening is it?
Here's a little bit of a dream.
Blade –126 layers Damascus steel hand forged of 52100 and 75Ni8. Differentially heat treated with clay. 59 – 61 HRC after tempering.
Handle – Walnut root.
Guard – Bronze.
Inlays – Bronze and Ocean mother of pearl /white and blue-green/ .
The sheath made of 3 – 3.5 mm. cow leather my friend George Petkov.
The price is $ 300 + 20 ensurence.
Since 2 of my knife disappeared at Posts (American and Canadian), I will no longer send uninsured shipments.
