Hello guys.

Actually this is “Beef stew”. Some of you may remember that I offered this knife in February. It was bought and went to Canada… But it never arrived. I had to make a copy. End of story.
Yes, but not quite. Six months later the knife came back to me. Posts, what can a man do? :D

So, I decided that the new name suits it more and now I suggest it again.

Blade – 126 layers Damascus steel hand forged of 52100 and much thinner than cigarette paper nickel net - /0.01 mm before forging/. Differentially heat treated with clay. 59 – 61 HRC after tempering.

Handle – Hand carved bone and Acacia root (cross-section).

Guard – bronze.

Separators – bronze and polymer.

The sheath
made of 3.5 - 4 mm. cow leather my friend George Petkov.

What an intriguing design, the handle in particular! It reminds me of an ice cream sandwich (take that as you will :D ). What a great piece of work.

This knife is just beautiful, the perfect size for deer skinning. Who said you can not have a beautiful art piece and not use it. For the price it is worthy of being used an to show as well. Awesome piece.
