Today I have something twisted and screwy for you just like a shepherd's gega.
Blade – 126 layers hand forged Damascus steel. Starting materials - 52100 and much thinner than cigarette paper nickel net - /0.01 mm./ before forging. Differentially heat treated with clay. 59 – 61 HRC after tempering.
Handle – Two types stabilized rotten beech wood (cross-sections) and ebony mosaic.
Guard and pommel – bronze. Hidden tang.
Separators – bronze.
The sheath made of 3.5 - 4 mm. cow leather my friend George Petkov.
