Hello guys,
The new year has begun and ... everything is the old way. %%% In one of my earlier posts I've mentioned a huge burl which found on the beach in a snowstorm just on January 1, about 3 years ago. It was incredibly heavy because of the salt water it had drunk. It looked more like a sponge than a tree. And I had to wear it for half a kilometer, trying not to rub into my clothes. In the spring dried it, removed the sand, and here's the fifth knife, I think I'm doing of it. This time impregnated it in tile red.
Blade – Foossil Damascus steel. For cutting edge I have llaminated 52100 high carbon tool steel. Differentially heat treated with clay. 59-61 HRC.
Handle - Black hornbeam, and as I suppose poplar burl .
Guard – Bronze.
Inlays – Bronze and turquoise mosaic.
The sheath made of 3.5 - 4 mm. cow leather my friend George Petkov.

If you want a larger image, you can click on the photo.
On the upper side of the line are centimeters - inches are from the bottom.
The price is 300 $ + $ 20 extra travel expenses with a tracking number and insurance.
Paypal only please at this address: mik.kochev@gmail.com You can contact me in the same mailbox.
The knife goes to the first "I'll take it."
