For a long time I had not done that kind of mosaic damaskus. Time-consuming work and finally only one single blade can be obtained. Anyway, it was fun.
Blade – Mosaic Damascus steel. For cutting edge I have forehead welded high carbon tool steel 52100. Differentially heat treated.60-62 HRC.
Handle – Walnut root.
Guard and pommel – Bronze.
Inlays – Bronze and turquoise mosaic.
The sheath made of 3.5 - 4 mm. cow leather my friend George Petkov.
