M Klein & Sons Tl-29

I accquired this old pocket knife looks like the TL-29 Electrician's knife the knife is old but was well taken care of.Main blade appears to be carbon steel.only markings are on tang of main blade MKLEIN&SON
CHICAGO
MADE IN USA
Scales are or appear to be walnut my question is was this knife made by Camillus for KLEIN or made by Klein & Sons
any help appreciated
