M(Owl)W Maker's Mark

Anyone recognize this mark? I can't recall who this maker is and it's driving me nuts as I've had several of his knives in the past. Also, any thought on what kind of wood the handle is?

That would be Micky Wise, located in downtown Jack, Alabama. Micky has been making knives and hawks for a long time, he also is a very capable teacher and a great host to some great hammer-ins. You can't go wrong with one of his knives. Again micky is a great host and so is his lovely wife Joann. Thanks Micky

His website states Curly Maple as a handle material, but this wood feels denser and seems to have tighter grain than Curly Maple.
