M390 CF Military

As its so far off, pre-orders got pushed back till Sep.
They are keeping an e-mail file of interested parties to contact when the pre-order comes up. Talked to Roger yesterday and they have about 150 eimails on this knife so far.

As far as the knife goes, if its not your thing no problemo.
But its a design many folks really like. Large & super light.
With one of the best liner lock's out there.
One on Flea bay went for $511.00 yesterday.

People can say a lot of things on here that just aren't true and I don't say anything .that said I have been dealing with kw since I got into buying knives and they are one of if not the best dealers to deal with . They're not too big and they're not too small.(I.e.) If you call in about an order or help they don't just give you a generic answer or a generic email they personally respond to all. They're big enough to stock many items including exclusives and their shipping turnaround time is awesome. If you order on Monday 90% of the time its there wendsday. They simply are my favorite dealer and often times I will buy something for a little bit more just knowing who I am dealing with . Sometimes they are the cheapest and that's just an added bonus.

I think what you maybe be referring to is some mix up with the xhp military. My answer to that is nobody is perfect and we are all human. Maybe a mistake was made, I don't know. But one thing I know is they are the closest knife dealer to perfect I have come across yet and I have dealt with quite a few.

I thought those were astonishing when they started crossing $450. That is almost literally unbelievable. :eek:

Agree, my back up will yeild 2 1/2 CF M390's.

Just keep track of how fast this one sells out. Someone needs to man the stopwatch on this one.
 
i have already swapped blades between my TI/M4 and a G10 one. it worked, i've never tried just taking a CF scale to the framelock side because this would result in a non presentable knife with one side G10 one side CF .... but it should work
 
My Ti/M4 millie never sees any pocket time hardly, too heavy for me. The CF millies are soo light! I have a MPR w/ m390, but have not used it enought to compare to S90!!!
 
even if you did the blade shapes, lenghts, grinds, overall thicknesses are way too different to make pertinent conclusions aboout the steels imo.

Sorry to hear about the ti/m4. I love mine. It has been in my pocket EVERY day since i got mine. I just took it on a 19 day storm call here in chicago and its performance was stellar, though i had to be pretty vigilant about keeping it oiled/dry on 16 hour days, 7 days a week in rain and high humidity. As far as the OP's question, I use every knife I buy. If I drop some coin on a knife, you can bet your ass I'm going to use it, whether it's a 60 dollar knife or a 500 dollar knife. Enjoy yours. :)
 
M4 Military = Pure genius! :D
But my CF Millies get more pocket time due to its superlight weight.

interesting, I was told the tangs probably wouldnt line up good. Now I want to get the xhp military and swap it into my ti military. I just hope it works

In a year from now I suspect there will be at least 255 that will be thinking.....Man, I wished I had gotton a CF Millie at dealer price when I had the chance!



edit- for example, like the BG-42 one that just sold here.

i got 2 just for this reason. one for use and one for putting away. this will be a good one !!! im still waiting for another framelock millie though...
