So they are - I had to look through the dealer for sale area to find the profile. Someone should update the official list! https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/paid-dealer-members-list-updated-10-21-2018.1089879/

Looks like you can combo one of these with a 204P Domino or a S110V Manix, but not the M390 Delica. Shame. :(

Not trying to pick a fight but some of us support this forum by purchasing memberships as well. There could be a better way to support the retailers that support this forum rather than complete censorship of those that don't. I say that constructively but don't have an idea at the moment on what a better way might look like.

The bottom line is that Boru13 is correct, if you happen to believe in the charter and the mission of this community based Site. I'm not patronizing Boru13 but something that I myself have been grappling with and concisely struggling when I come across it. I'll expound:

I mostly dwell in another subforum where it's known that those forumites really look after one another. That said, I have learnt to refrain directing traffic to an outside vendor who in no way, shape or form happens to "bother" even registering on this Site and then there's the problem of some who are registered, not willing to contribute whether monetarily by selecting the correct membership level (after all, the darn Site has rules and charters!) or other forms of contribution such as WIPs, idea sharing and other forms of input (I get it, businesses are busy but still there's always room to engage and to contribute).

Where I really start to get conflicted is when I know that there are some forumites who are trying to make inroads as craftsmen and such, follow all the rules and apply correct membership levels but unfortunately their level of craft and work do not measure up to their so-called competition who invariably do not engage on BF.com. The latter not only do not support the Site but also do not care to support the said makers. This has been a real struggle for me because the personal benefit of ending up with a superior product conflicts with the notion of being a faithful part of a collective :(

The fix ain't too difficult, i.e, $75 in most cases to sign up in here and then taking the time to drop in once in a while just to say "Hi". There could very well be cases of knife-community based "politics", tribal rivalries and other issues but going there will be like going down the rabbit hole! At this end, maybe just refraining from placing orders because vendors eventually feel it when their bottom line suffers.

Specific retailers support this site with their dollars. You support retailers by purchasing from said retailers. Seems only fair that the ones that have skin in the game get the perks of having a Dealer For Sale forum and their deals are allowed to be discussed. Kind of counterproductive and makes a dealer membership moot if those perks and safeguard were not in place.

If the OP (or someone else starting a similar post) had a paid membership, they could share with anyone that was curious via private messaging where the deal is and be within the rules of the site.

Also, we are in the age of Google. It's not really hard to find anything, especially when given some breadcrumbs.

Was easy to find just doing a word search, even w/o the explicit disclosure above which may be deleted b4 you read this.

Not my thing but seems like a reasonable price at $189.95 plus shipping but then again I'm not too fussy about the price for things that I "really" want. I just don't want/need it.

The Asian lunch prices may be higher because they only use PayPal. They may not even have a physical store, if someone knows please chime up. I’m interested to know what the HRC of the latest m390’s are. And also what difference in hardness one point makes around the 60 mark on the Rockwell scale. It has been said that it is not linear like 60 twice as high as 30, but what is the relationship or if you will the graph of actual hardness vs Rockwell number.

On another note it is now almost seven hours from the launch and knives are still available.

I haven't seen many Smurf blue PM 2 Exclusives for sale in the aftermarket, and it sold out how many times?? I think the price is the price. Consumer's vote with dollars, so the vendors know how they count our votes.
I love this forum, the mods are great!
I do get tired of the hate. So I don't say much. Thanks for the exchange of good info!

I see this pricing scheme as a solution to the problem of flippers. Make the original price so high a flipper can't double it. Paying $200 with it available vs paying $350 to a flipper.

Your solution to a non-existent problem is that dealers should raise the price and tax everyone? If you can't figure out how to order a knife with all of the information that is provided nowadays, you deserve to be the only one paying more, not everyone else.
